Starting at Karen’s best friends’ house in Walthamstow set the tone for the fun we were going to have….

With the sun shining all day, it made for great sky shots. I used the sun in several different ways always looking to take that special artistic photograph.

With Karen and Peter being so relaxed it made photographing their wedding a dream!

It was great to use the many different areas in Gilwell Park  showing off not only the bride & groom, but the venue too.

Victoria & Simon chose the wonderful Down Hall Hotel as a back drop for their wedding day. Love this venue so so so much as Debbie and I had DownHall for our Wedding,

Chris our photographer had to dodge the showers of rain and chased the sunset for the couple.

My father Peter did Victoria’s mum and dad’s wedding in the 80’s. We still have those negatives in storage -never wanting to throw away peoples memories.

Well we missed the rain that was meant to be on Rory & Nicola’s big day. then the meal started and the heavens opened.

Photographing a wedding in the same church that Debbie and I got married in brought back many memories, St Peter & Paul church in North Chingford.

What a church service, 60 strong in the choir never heard such singing at a wedding, 7 vicar’s taking different parts of this 2 hour service.

After the service we took the short trip to Gilwell Park for the family, fun and romantic photographs.

Photographing a wedding at Gilwell Park is great as there are so many difference areas to take those all important wedding photograph.

Hottest day of the year  – wow – just right for a pretty wedding in the countryside.

Emily and Martin chose a beautiful country church in Rickling – Essex, to celebrate their wedding. What a beautiful location, but oh so hot …………!!

Still, they had orange and champers in the shade outside the church – how civilised.

After the fun and photographs they made their getaway to West Lodge Hotel in a stylish  VW camper van.
