We believe London family photography is about capturing wonderful families at a particular moment in time. Having the privilege of being a London family photographer means we have the opportunity to tell your families' life story. Many clients love to come back time and again to record the ever changing elements and additions to their family - be that a new baby, a new pet or a new daughter or son-in-law.
As we create beautiful photographs and portraits in our Enfield studio, we also aim to give you the best family experience, from start to finish, so that you can potentially create a legacy of memories with your family photo shoots.

Being a father of two boys and a London wedding photographer, Joel has the ability to get the best out of adults and children alike. Professional Studio Photography
In our North London family portrait studio we have our own wonderful themed sets with various backdrops and lighting (including a Bistro Scene & Graffiti Wall) and our years of experience photographing families, children & newborns, (plus being parents ourselves) helps put everyone at ease.
Joel is an award winning qualified professional portrait photographer who is ever trying to better his achievements by competing at the highest levels in the monthly Master Photographers Association Awards and the London Portrait Group’s quarterly print competitions with great success.
We are an extremely family friendly portrait studio who love helping to create your family portraits. We have changing facilities so you can bring different outfits for your family photoshoot and we are very happy to discuss in advance what outfits and clothes might work well together for your London family. We can discuss any of your ideas in advance and we’re very happy for you to bring in your own individual props, costumes or musical instruments. Your family pet is also very welcome – we love pets and pet families!
We offer all sorts of family portrait photography. We can capture the anticipation with maternity photography or those precious early newborn family photos. Kids photoshoots can be a fun-filled adventure using playful props or our studio swing while still creating beautiful children’s portraits. We have the space to bring your whole extended family together to capture all your generations while pet photography brings in your furry family members too. We have our own graduation cap and gown for those seeking graduation photography and if you’re looking for that magical family portrait for Christmas, we offer special Christmas fantasy photoshoots.

How We Work and Studio Photography Prices
To book a fun-filled family photoshoot with us we charge £35. This reserves an hour and a half of photography time in our Enfield studio which gives plenty of time so that different looks, backgrounds and family group photos can be accommodated.
In our experience as a photographer in London, it is often a good idea to book the time of your photo shoot around the time that would be the best for the youngest member of your family. If your child or children are very young it works well to time your shoot around their feeding and sleeping patterns (if they have one yet) because if the youngest member/s of the family are happy and content, then the parents and the rest of the extended family who are at the shoot are more relaxed.
The initial £35 fee also includes an additional private appointment (at a later date ) to view your beautiful images (some colour, some black and white) on our large cinema style screen. Once you have enjoyed your own “private cinema” viewing, you simply choose which ones are your favourites. (If you don’t like them you don’t have to buy them).
Photograph prices start at £45 for an individual portrait print in a folder. We have a wide range of fine art wall portraits and products as well as a beautiful range of luxury albums available. We also offer the option to purchase digital images with the reproduction rights.

Event Photography
We know that not all London family photography will take place at our portrait studio. Many families would like a family photo shoot if it’s a special family event or celebration like a christening, a birthday party or a bar or bat mitzvah. As your family photographer we can, of course, offer our professional family photography services on location to create beautiful photographs from any event.

Absolutely worth every penny capturing special moments with our one year old. The photo shoot was fun, inspiring and organised with great props. The best part for us was the viewing of the photos.....it was like being in a private cinema...!!
